Kirkman wasn’t trying to make it a momentous thing… but he did do something that is the cornerstone of media: he gave us all a reaction, a feeling brought on by the storytelling. The feeling sucks, but he accomplished it.

Oh I cannot fucking wait for Season 3. Nor Issue 100. I just love this series.
The building I work in is absolutely perfect for a zombie apocalypse. Here is a quick summary of why.
The Pros:
- Thick brick walls
- Heavy doors
- TONS of tools, utilities, vehicles, machines, etc.
- Electrical generators/space heaters
- Food supplies
- A huge fenced-in area
- Their own supply of gasoline (roughly a few thousand gallons)
- Tons of back rooms, areas elevated by removal ladders/stairs
- Lots of wooden and metal wall panellings (spare ones) to brace the walls, doors, windows, fences, etc. and to expeand the back fence out to the grassy area behind in hopes of planting crops for foodstuffs
- Trucks, tractors, vans, etc for escape/scavenging
- Multiple locations for sewer access
- Roof access
- Plenty of areas to hide/escape to/from
- CB radios to broadcast messages to survivors
- As aforementioned, countless tools to use/fashion weapons, etc
- Large barrels full of old sports equipment/pads, perfect for armor
The Cons:
- All of this great stuff leads to competition from people wanting to get the supplies and such for themselves
- The outer fances need some good bracing
- Not much food supplies
- Its in the ghetto

I usually hate things that start with “That awkward moment when…” but fuck it, this is my life.
All the little kids came running up to me, because they wanted a picture with Captain America. I felt super cool. And some of the babes were into me too ;]
Needless to say, tomorrow will be awesome! Steven Yeun (Glenn from The Walking Dead) panel, Marvel TV Panel, Captain America raffle and Humans vs. Zombies! I’m so stoked.
I often wonder how well off my group of friends and I will be in a zombie apocalypse. I gotta say, I like our odds.
